Every once in a while we here at The Lunch Pail like to take time to let you know what’s been going on at Knotice, and now that the first quarter of the year has come to an end, it is time again for a Knotice press round up. It has been a busy time here at Knotice. We announced new customers and received recognition for our work.Buyer Interactive editor Beth Kormanik outlined how direct digital marketing technology used for an eConcierge program improves a hotel guest’s experience – while providing an increased ROI for the hotel. Beth notes that it is essential to gather enough data about a guest’s stay when implementing an eConcierge program. Once the hotel has that information about the guest, she says, it becomes possible to build and maintain long term relationships with them. Gaylord Hotels does it well.
1to1 Media editor Mila D’Antonio featured Knotice customer TNA Wrestling’s successful implementation of a complete direct digital marketing strategy in her piece Multichannel Marketing Grows Up. Mila highlighted how TNA Wrestling is using direct digital marketing to connect with their fans. She also noted the increases TNA Wrestling saw in attendance at events, television ratings, and website traffic since implementing a direct digital marketing strategy.
Knotice CEO Brian Deagan has become a fixture in the press since pioneering the direct digital marketing concept. He contributed a piece to iMedia Connection outlining the benefits of direct digital marketing for both B2B marketers and B2C marketers. Brian states that direct digital marketing is as simple as it is important, and notes that direct digital marketing is applicable and effective no matter who a company’s audience is.
